Club Resources

Manitoba Horse Council (MHC) is the Provincial Sport Organization for a variety of clubs each organizing and representing specific equestrian disciplines and/or horse breeds.  MHC aims to provide its clubs with a variety of resources, including comprehensive insurance packages, access to MHC programs, and various types of grant funding including clinic support, championship hosting, bingo allocations, and assistance to clubs' athletes, coaches, and officials.

 

Apply for or Renew Club Membership

The current MHC Club Membership year runs from March 27, 2010 to March 26, 2011.

Fees for Manitoba Horse Council club membership are as follows:

  • Club Pac Insurance Coverage: $250.00 
  • MHC Club Membership: $300.00 (includes a $150 rebate, please see the Club Information Pack for more details)
  • Recommended Full MHC Club Package (includes Club Pac Insurance and MHC Club Membership):  $550.00

Fees must be submitted in full with the application.

If your club wishes to apply for or renew a Club Membership the following forms must be completed in full and submitted to the MHC office together with payment.

 

 

Bingo Allocations

All MHC Member Clubs that wish to participate are granted bingo allocations on a rotational basis. All clubs that are allocated a bingo must submit to MHC a report that defines how the bingo funding received will be used within the club. This can include clinics, competition organization, general operating costs, etc.

CLICK HERE for the Bingo Expenditure Sheet This report is to be completed and submitted to MHC promplty after the club works the bingo. This is mandatory in order for the club to receive its funds as stipulated by MHC, Sport Manitoba, and Manitoba Lotteries.
